This was perfect for our family trip just to have pretty much everything we needed was the start to a relaxing weekend the access to the beach was amazing no parking wars either thank you so much for making our trip stress free the one pigeon that was on the balcony was so fun to chill with and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise.

We all had an amazing time! It was very clean and in such a good area!

After a terrible stay at a different property, a refreshing stay in a well appointed condo. Could have used an elevator but we survived. Great location right on the bay. Great neighborhood.

The location was great and we really enjoyed being close to everything. The unit itself had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was appreciated.Unfortunately, there were several issues that took away from our stay. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view, but it was completely covered in bird droppings. I had seen previous reviews mentioning the same problem, so I was surprised it still hadn’t been addressed. It seems like spraying off the balcony on a regular basis would be a simple fix.We also had trouble getting the living room TV and internet to work because there was no power. Thankfully, my dad has electrical experience and discovered a lamp with a faulty plug causing another outlet to spark. Once we unplugged the lamp, everything else worked again. That could have been a safety concern and should be looked at.The couch is very worn and could definitely use replacing. While the kitchen was well stocked overall, it had an odd assortment of utensils—around 40 spoons and knives but only four forks.The cleaning could also be more thorough. There were lots of crumbs along the edges of the rooms, and my kids found a pair of glasses, toys, and crumpled tissues under the beds, which made it seem like those areas hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.Overall, the location is the biggest selling point, but with better maintenance and a more thorough cleaning, this rental could provide a much better experience.
