An excellent property equipped with all that is needed for a few days’ stay. Perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great stay, great location very comfortable apartment, everything you need is nearby, would definitely stay there again.

Myself and my wife were very happy with our stay at the falcon tap apartment, it was a lovely apartment very well maintained and comfortable

Unfortunately, my experience at the apartment was below expectations. The room lacked proper ventilation, especially during a heatwave. The fan provided was not functional, and the window could not be fully opened, which made the space extremely uncomfortable and poorly ventilated. Sleeping at night was very difficult due to the heat and lack of airflow. I have a medical condition that makes proper airflow and temperature regulation essential. The heat and lack of ventilation seriously affected my ability to rest and triggered physical discomfort. When I raised these concerns and requested either a stronger fan or help with opening the window, no assistance was offered. Due to the lack of response and the discomfort I was experiencing, I requested to cancel the final five days of my stay. However, this request was declined due to the cancellation policy, even though my reason was based on the physical discomfort caused by the heat, not a change of plans or preference. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, and there was not enough laundry detergent provided. Although cleaning was promised weekly, the apartment was not cleaned until the eighth day of my stay. This was disappointing and did not match what was communicated. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
