The place was very clean and had everything we needed... my daughter and I were there overnight for a university of Rhode Island tour… I would highly recommend staying here

Very clean and well equipped suite. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. There are even beach chairs and towels which we were happy to find one warm evening. We stayed here to attend a three day convention at Ryan Center. The location and amenities were just what we needed.

This adorable apartment was perfect for my daughter and me while visiting the University of Rhode Islands’s Open House. Comfortable and welcoming accommodations, excellent communication by the owners, and conveniently located close to URI.

Stayed in this lovely home for only one night, but had everything one could possibly need and more! The host was extremely accommodating and friendly and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was a very clean, updated and private apartment closely located to plenty of restaurants and taverns. We were there this fall, but this place would be a gem in the summer months with all of the beaches nearby!

We loved pretty much everything about this property. Location was perfect for visiting an old friend in South Kingstown, having a lobster roll at the Matunuck Oyster Bar, and getting to the Block Island Ferry for a day trip.
The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the washer/dryer to wash clothes during our two-week trip to the east coast was a big plus. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question we had. This property will be at the top of our list for our next visit to the area.

The space has everything you need for a great stay. My daughter and I stayed there during her move to URI. The bathroom feels luxurious. Everything is new and well-kept. I would recommend this property 5/5.

We were in town for a 3 day convention so just needed a clean and comfortable place to stay. The apartment was the perfect size and had it was just what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable. The mini kitchen is perfect though we did not use it due to our short stay. Large bathroom with all the right touches. Quiet neighborhood and great location. Only wished we could have stayed longer. Owners Kim and Chris were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

We were blown away by how nice this studio was. So clean, modern and comfortable - it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great location for going into Newport. Would 100% recommend and we hope to be back someday!

Exactly what we were looking for to get away for a few days. Everything is a close drive (beach, restaurants, etc) and was able to run in the mornings through neighborhoods and main roads with sidewalks. The place has everything you need to feel at home. Will book here again!

Everything about this property was perfect for the two of us. The home itself is located in a beautiful neighborhood but is also close to retail shops. The close proximity to beaches and local restaurants without the congestion of being in town was great. The unit and outdoor areas were spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Inside was tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. While we ate our main meals out and were in town for a wedding, having a kitchenette was nice for our morning coffee and keeping our beverages cold.Check-in and out was simple and secure. Parking was ample. We also liked the privacy of the unit but knew our hosts and their sweet dog were close by in case we needed anything. All in all we loved this place and hope to return in the future. Thanks for sharing a piece of your home with us.

We really enjoyed staying here! The property is lovely, looks exactly like the photos, super clean, quiet and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a lovely residential location just a short drive to Newport and other places to explore. Thanks Kimberly and we hope to return next year!

Everything was awesome: the wifi, the location, the bed was comfy, huge bathroom with washer/dryer, etc. The house was very clean and all amenities were as advertised. Also, Kim and Chris were great to deal with and answered all our questions. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time we're in the area!
