Estuvimos muy cerca del centro a pie y tiene parking privado.
Me gustó también que estaba limpio y el anfitrión supo ser claro con las instrucciones

The owner is very kind and helpful. I could find the apartment and park a car easily. It’s very convenient to park next to the apartment.
The location is good.

Appartement en centre ville proche de toutes les attractions touristiques et parking privatif

The property is well located in Poitiers, and value for money. Secure parking. However, arriving on a motorbike is difficult as the access road where you get key (box) is steep and the turn into the garage is steep with a camber.
The cleanliness could be improved. Sticky floor and table. Bed linen felt old and worn.

"Eddy (host) sent us very detailed instructions on what to do and where to pick-up the keys. We had no trouble at all getting into the property.
Big plus is a secure parking lot at the property.
