The house is very clean and updated
There was nothing that I didn't like

Location was ideal as we were there for family wedding and it was walking distance to the local retail parks (Walmart, Tim Hortens, Nandos), restaurants and public transport.
Ideal for a small family but not for 4 adults using one bathroom however the house was very clean with modern facilities.
The host was friendly and easy to contact when we needed anything and responded quickly to any requests.
This was originally listed as a 3 bed with 2 bath house (which we booked) but then was changed to 2 bed and 1 bath. Of cause the host suggested we cancel which we didn't do due to the location hence one of us moved into a hotel for the duration of the holiday. As suggested to the host, cleaning products should be a must if the place is to be kept clean during the visit as we did not intend to go shopping for such items. Also for longer stays (7 days plus) the use of the washing machine should be more than twice especially taking into account the number of people staying there.

Good location, with convenient access to everything.

Private house and location
Basic amenities were missing such as dirty and torn towels , broken stove , and at check in no hand wash which put us in uncomfortable position until we went to buy the grocery. At least basic soap and clean towels shud have been there at the start . Surprisingly after a long flight guests don’t find hand soap to after using washroom.
Hardly any glasses or cups for drinking water and coffee. When we raised concern , the response was not professional with strong attitude not solution oriented.
