The location was perfect - could not be better and everything needed was within walking distance. What could have been better: remove the cameras in the living room. While there were no cameras in the bedrooms or bathroom, the camera in the living room was concerning (especially when you could tell that the management company was monitoring - they would text when everyone was gathered together).Rugs on the floors would make the rooms more comfortable. Walking on bare floors was uncomfortable. Shelves in the shower to hold toiletries. Stairs need repair - it is an older property and the stairs were uneven which made it difficult for four people who all had knee/balance issues. If there are going to be lights with charging stations, put them next to the beds where they would be useful. Having just one in the living room was not convenient. On the subject of lights - information about which light switches operate the outside lights would be useful. We did find the party light timer, but never the front door light switch. The fire pit could be a nice feature - if it worked. Remove things that do not work or provide documentation for its operation. I suspect that if the camera was removed, the internet speed would be better/more consistent. The internet connection was barely useful for downloading email.Having said all that - the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The hot water was immediate and plentiful - so assuming an on-demand hot water heater.

The stairs should have been disclosed because we are elderly. Not good for anyone who has a health issue! Overhang over door to get in was in need of major repair. It and front door had mold on it. Bedrooms were great with wonderful bedding._
