The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and has a beautiful sea view. Although it was quite warm inside when we arrived, the air conditioning in every room cooled the apartment down very quickly. The electricity cost for the air conditioning was surprisingly low (€8 for 4 days). The owner is very friendly and always quick to respond. We also had no problems finding a free parking spot on the street.
The only minor downside is the long and narrow staircase leading to the apartment, which is not completely finished. However, we were aware of this beforehand, so it did not come as a surprise.

The location is nice. The view is exceptional. Very prompt communication with the host. Good recommendations and directions. Fully equipped kitchen.
The building is being renovated, which caused a bit of noise, but not critical. Take into account that the lift doesn’t work (it’s also being renovated, so it’s temporary). I can’t say the apartment was spotless clean, but good enough.

Stock ohne Aufzug. Appartment langgestreckt mit Abgang der Zimmer
