It was a little small for a family of 5. Once the sofa bed was out, it was difficult to move around.

Wifi was bit ordinary, didn't work most of time.
Please don't scrimp on toilet paper.

It was close to where we needed
It was clean and comfortable
There was no toilet paper
The kitchen area was very poor as there was no ventilation for cooking the smoke alarm, which spoke to us, telling it was about to sound
My daughter left her diabetes test kit behind and was told it can't be sent it was too far to town for them to send it unless you go back it is gone

Suited our needs. Close to the Port Arthur Historical Site. Nice and quiet.
Main bedroom with bed against the wall made it difficult to get in and out for elderly people.
A small mirror in the bedrooms would enable people to apply make-up while another was in the shower.

Everything was clean and tidy. The place was well equipped and comfortable. The host made everything clear and easy.

Bedroom VERY small. No room for bedside table or suitcases. Bathroom very small too.

Close to Port Arthur and tourist places we wanted to see. Very quiet spot.
The grounds/grass was all over grown, even up to the front steps.

Our stay was very comfortable and the property was much bigger than we initially thought. Great value for money with the amount of extras in the house + a coffee machine is always a bonus!
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Port Arthur.
