Location was nice but difficult to find.

Be careful of metal staircase at entrance to all downstairs bedroom doors. It is quite large and didn't have protective covers so one of my friends ended up with 14 stitches in his head upon waking up early after arriving late the night before and ended up in urgent care early the next morning. The kitchen doesn't really have much in the way of pots and pans to actually cook for any type of group, not at least what I have had when staying at any facilities. Location is nice but we won't stay again. Also we were overcharged $90.32 from what booking.com had as a final price but after submitting documentation booking.com has said they would issue a refund, the owners disagreed with my efforts to clarify the charges.
