• Stunning View & Location: The apartment has a gorgeous view from the 12th floor. The location is highly central and close to everything, including the Old City and major shopping malls. There is also a supermarket nearby with great prices where we could buy everything we needed. • Amenities & Cleanliness: The apartment was very clean and equipped with a AC, a washing machine, a small fridge, a stovetop for cooking, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, and cups, free Wifi. • Hot Water & Elevators: We always had hot water, and luckily, we never had to wait long for the elevators. • Helpful Staff: Although the reception staff did not understand English very well, one guy working there was absolutely charming and incredibly helpful to us.

Areas for Improvement • Maintenance Issue: There was a problem with the toilet, as the water was constantly running. • Missing Essentials: We had to buy a few basic items ourselves because they were missing or insufficient. We bought a kitchen knife and a bath mat for the shower floor. We also had to buy extra toilet paper (only one roll was provided), paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge. • No Clothes Drying Rack: The most noticeable missing item was a drying rack for laundry. Aside from the towel rack in the bathroom, there was nowhere to hang and dry our clothes.

We loved the warm welcome from the staff — they were very attentive and answered all our questions. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials: cookware, linens, coffee machine, and even beach gear. Fabulous stay

The apartment is value for money. Location is alright, it's not exactly sea facing but you do get a glimpse of the sea from the balcony.

Staff was rude. The check-in process is very very tedious. There is no parking at the apartment. You have to search for a parking for hours. There was very little hot water for bathing. The cutlery in the apartment were dirty including the kettle which is normally used for heating water during cold weathers. The apartment was slightly small but for that price, it can be managed.
