Close to beach,spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer,spare toilet paper, and plenty of bathrooms. Towels included along with sample soap.

Rust around many outer doors, making it difficult to open the sliding ones. One screen door was completely off track, just sitting next to where it was meant. One of the doors locks did not work and instead was jury-rigged with a piece of wood. Security is a big deal with small children. Some of the cieling fans didn't work, and lightbulb boxes were just sitting out in the open. Cable and wifi were iffy. For the price you're paying, these situations should not be present.
