Just very neat clean and tidy
Toilet rammed up close to wash hand basin

It was newly renovated and very clean. Located perfectly close to the beach, shopping and bus station. Ladies at breakfast and cleaning were always very friendly.
The property had a sauna and jacuzzi SPA that one could rent per hour for a reasonable price
It is stated in Booking.com that the room size was 20 m2 but even if the balcony was calculated it didn’t reach that size. No place to open or storage your suitcase.
The Luxury word should be skipped as the bathroom was flooded after every shower (not a drainage issue) and there were no bathrobes.

Breakfast was excellent, the 2 female staff, Katerina and Mirella were amazing.
Location was absolutely perfect. Hotel was clean, beautiful inside, comfortable and classy, and all staff were amazing.
There were 2 showeheads in the shower and the larger one wasn't connected. Not a very big deal, got by very well with the other showerhead but why have the larger one there if it wasn't going to work.... doesn't make a very good impression.

Location, general design, cleanliness
Loud running water in the toilet all night.
Defective exhaust fan in the toilet.
Electrical issues in the toilet.
Very tight space for the W.C.
