Nothing

No kitchen, bed sheet and pillows were old, no daily cleaning, mosquitoes were in the room, no mosquito coil or liquid was available. Over priced room rate with no facilities available. Totally unhappy with my recent stay in Fabhotel Krystal, valasaravakkam, Chennai.

We stayed in the delux room. It was very nice. My favourite part of the hotel was breakfast. They had a great range of very fresh items. I would like to say a big thanks to the staff in the Breakfast area. They hospitality was excellent.

Amazing breakfast and restaurant service n staff is mind blowing! Attended us so well. Visiting again soon. Ambeince is amazing. Love staying at this place again and again. All staff is really good and humble. Thanks to Krystal group . My stay was memorable everytime.

The staff is super kind, rooms are very clean and the room service and food is good quality. I was actually sick for few days and the staff took extra care of me. It was a great experience and will surely visit again!

I stayed here for two nights. Feels like I was in home. House keeping staff kept my room neat and cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly in Nature and very approachable. Overall experience was amazing.
