I wish there was interaction with the homeowners on a more personal level but the process was easy, the house was immaculate and in a very pretty location. The house boasts everything you would need (aside of an iron and ironing board) and it was definitely recently updated! The neighbors were incredibly friendly and parking was easy. The ONLY thing I’d recommend is bringing Tupperware for any sort of sweets as there is an army of ants in the kitchen.

Update the couch and additional seating

Very clean and nicely updated/renovated home. Only thing that was a little weird was that there were exterior camera everywhere around the exterior of the house.

My father, brother, and I stayed at the house for Thanksgiving to spend the holiday together and to visit my dad's childhood home, which is in a town nearby. I was looking for something that felt like home and was near the ocean. The house was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen easily accommodated our modest Thanksgiving dinner. It has a wonderful oven and modern appliances. We sat on the cozy coach together to watch some of the world cup games and digest our Thanksgiving meal. The upstairs bedrooms were clean, comfortable and well-heated for our November visit. The fall sunlight cast long shadows over the pond and provided a romantic New England backdrop for our stay. In my correspondence with the host, I mentioned that my 87-year-old father would be in the group. He showed concern for my father's ability to climb the stairs to the second-floor bedrooms and offered us a refund if that was an issue. The stairs weren't an issue, and my father was comfortable in the main bedroom. We were able to spend a lovely holiday together thanks to this gem of a house!

The house was super clean and super cute! Will definitely stay again!
