We loved this place, the views were the best, looking down the sea and Vlore city. The rooms were super clean, private and there is a restaurant at the hotel, that had delicious fresh fish. We met the owner Eva and chef Didi, both very warm people that we had great conversation with.
We had a problem with the water during the shower, but after asking for help from chef Didi and kind owner Eva, they fixed it immediatelly. The road to reach hotel Kappa is not fully cemented, there is a small portion of the road that is just earth, but it continues normally soon.

La vue est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est super accueillant et serviable. Le rapport qualité prix est dingue et la restauration est excellente.

Ik ben aan het herstellen van kanker en heb dus weinig energie en klimmen op trappen met bagage is een ramp. Had niet goed genoeg gekeken en het bleek een heel eind met trappen omhoog. Daniella heeft me onmiddellijk geholpen en mijn koffer enzo naar boven gebracht. Kon eventueel gewoon annuleren alhoewel dit via Booking niet meer moeilijk was. Ze zijn hier supervriendelijk. Het is een familiebedrijf met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het uitzicht uit mijn kamer was formidabel.
De trappen waren een tegenvaller en ik dacht ook dat het aan het strand lag. Dit hotel ligt in de bergen en het was ook te vermoeiend om dit eind te stappen, vooral terug naar boven.
Daniella stelde me wel voor haar telefoonnummer te geven zodat ik haar kon bellen als ik terug wou komen. 🙏

New furniture, a comfortable bed… Unfortunately, that’s all I liked…
It’s just a room with no amenities whatsoever… There was nothing – no kettle, no microwave, not even a table on the balcony; just two chairs… The ‘shower’ is simply a tap fitted above the washbasin in the toilet…
The flat itself is located up on a hill, so without a car it’ll be a real challenge getting back to the hotel from the beach every time.
