Great house! The accommodations were incredible. So much room. I loved that the bed linens and towels were provide as well as the toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags and I didn't have to pack these additional items. The location was perfect. Very close to Big Boulder for skiing. The owner was very responsive if I had any questions. Will definitely rent this house again.

The place was even better than advertised and Ramsey is an incredible host. A genuine 5 star experience across the board. We'll be back.

The location and layout is great. Linens are in great condition (which is rare) and kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of fun things to keep kids busy. Everyone had a seat at the large table for the feasts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Plenty of parking for guests and ice melt on site to address the slick conditions. Definitely a great house for a large family or group of friends.

House has lots of amenities and plenty of space for big groups. Property manager was super responsive and helpful both before and during the stay. We enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving around the huge kitchen table! Thank you!

Went for a golf trip. The house was brand new with all the amenities you could ask for. Ramsey was a great host. Would definitely recommend this house for a getaway at the lake.

This house is beautiful and has tons of space. It comfortably held our family of 13, ranging in ages from 16 months to 70 years. The management company was very responsive with a couple of issues we had during check in. There was a nail sticking up on the third floor stairs and they quickly sent someone to fix it and offered to send someone to clean the grill and utensils which were dirty. For as large as this house is, the builder-grade bathrooms were quite small and did not offer the luxury experience we expected based on the price. The towels were also very small and felt cheap. In addition, the house was not quite as clean as we expected. There were bandaids and contacts left on the window ledge, hair in the showers, and large dust bunnies under the beds. The grill had not been cleaned and used grill utensils were left on the grill. Our kids were also disappointed that the PacMan game was broken, though they enjoyed the other games on the first floor. We were also disappointed with the outdoor space. The fire pit is located in the front next to a neighbor's garage with a view of the road. Though there is a backyard, there was nothing back there except a vacant cement pad (hopefully home to a hot tub soon!). What little time we ended up spending outside was on the deck. Overall, this house worked for our family vacation but did not quite meet our expectations.

We rented this property and one of my brothers rented a different house a few blocks away for a family vacation/reunion of 40 people from 9 states (NH, NJ, PA, OH, IN, IA, CO, AZ, and OR). The ages of those who stayed in this house ranged from 7 months to over 70. The property was very clean and well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and the basics we needed for our vacation. The lake is right across the street from the house. We had a short walk to the beach access. A few members of our group brought kayaks; they were easily able to launch them from the access site. The children/teens/and adults enjoyed the game room on the first floor. Since the house has three floors, we were able to put the younger children on the third floor since they went to bed earlier while the other members of the group enjoyed the game room, watching movies on the TV, or playing cards in the evening. The house is located in a great location, a short distance from a water park, a mini-golf and driving range, hiking trails, and important to us, a Catholic church. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood each night, seeing multiple deer each evening; some even came to the lawn of the house, which delighted the children. Everyone in our group had a great time on our vacation. An added bonus was that we arrived on July 3 and the community had fireworks over the lake, which some of our group viewed from the beach access while others were able to see them from the deck of the house. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back another time if we decide to have a vacation together again in the Poconos. Thank you for maintaining such a great property!

We have been renting houses for our bi yearly family reunions for several years now. This house was by far the cleanest & most well maintained. Everything was exactly as described online. Both check in and check out was straightforward and hassle-free. We would absolutely return for another visit and highly recommend this property.

We had a great weekend in Lake Harmony! The house was easy to find, easy to check-in and check out. Not to mention it was very clean and well organized. We would definitely come back!

The property had all the amenities stated and all were in TOP condition. 20+ people and there was plenty of room. We had a great time gathering in the kitchen and basement. As a clean freak, I often struggle when staying at these homes but this place was spotless - actually used the provided linens instead of the ones i brought! Highly recommend and all people in our party said was the best place we have stayed in this area

We had an amazing stay at this property for MLK weekend. The proximity to the slopes (especially Big Boulder) made it easy for us and the house was exactly as pictured. It very comfortably fit our group of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed the game room floor. The property manager was very prompt in answering our last minute questions. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights with family and friend from 2 year old to adults.. This house was perfect in every aspect.. Management company was very responsive and helpful. It looks like the house was fully renovated recently. Everything was so neat and well organized. We cant wait to go back!

We were a large group with young children and found the house to be perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for kids to spread out and play and lots to keep adults occupied as well. It was a great location for hiking and exploring during the day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to feed a large crowd. The bar, games on the lower floor and fire pit were great for evenings at home with the kids. It was a beautiful backdrop to an excellent weekend of reconnecting with friends and enjoying the great outdoors.

We had a big group of adults in our 30’s and this house was perfect. Plenty of beds, big couches and a big dining table to hang out together, and of course the basement game room was the star of the show. So much space and plenty of activities to keep the guys busy. Pretty location in the fall! Host was very communicative — responds to messages and calls immediately. Just watch out for the bears getting into the garbage!

A group of 22 of us stayed here and there was tons of space. We loved the game room and how easy it was to work with the owner.

Beautifully kept property in a great location in the Poconos! Our group of 28 had plenty of space and there were tons of games and activities on the property for our use. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out tremendously. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Thanks for having it. He property is amazing and there was plenty of space and it was very clean.. Some of your games need fixing, one ping-pong ball left and some of the dart fins were not fitting back onto the darts. Better corn hole boards would help too.
