We had a very nice stay at this property. Having 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was a dream!

We have been taking our family to Branson for 13 years and this is our favorite place to stay. We love the layout of the house. All ages had places to hang out and it wasn’t too loud. The back deck and fire pit were private and enjoyable. 5 stars!

Everything was as listed and was better than expected. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. House was clean and the hot tub was clean and hot! Would recommend and stay again. We did have a couple of things that came up, but were quickly taken care of. Super great customer service! Thank you.

Property was clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with both adult and baby serving utensils/plates, but it did not have any containers at all with lids for preservation of cooked food; the carpet in the bedrooms was well worn and should be replaced . The property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The heat did not work on our first night, but someone was sent out the next morning to address that. The location was good, as we’ve been to Branson once a year for over 30 years, and we were looking for somewhere close enough to travel with little ones, yet far enough away to not be on the main strip. We did not have a chance to use the firepit or the jacuzzi as it was too cold & rainy during our 7-night stay, but they looked exceptionally clean and inviting. I appreciated “immediate” feedback with issues regarding the heat, and having it fixed so fast.

We had a great sisters weekend the house was exactly as described amazing. Adam was quick to respond and Brittany was amazing with helping with any problems and questions we had. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Branson

Mostly nice but there were some concerns that were stated as amenities that weren't as stated or needed attention. 1. There were 2 pack 'n plays but they were both broken. We needed both. 2. Some of the knobs on the hot tub didn't work 3. We booked this place over another cheaper one because of the arcade games but the driving game just ate the kids' quarters and didn't let them play. 4. It was stated that the pool table flipped to an air hockey but it didn't.....that was a disappointment 5. The board games were a jumbled mess in baskets with waded-up monopoly money 6. The basket of toys were just mixed-up broken pieces of stuff 7. Pockets on the pool table were broken and couldn't hold the balls 8. There was a pull-out sofa bed which we needed but it was also broken 9. The air mattress didn't work. 10. There weren't extra blankets or sheets anywhere to be found 11. Soap dispensers in upstairs bath and middle floor bath spout comes out 12. There were dirty sponges that were pretty gross in the kitchen, not any clean ones 13. The kitchen sink sprayer wasn't working properly 14. Several light bulbs were out 15. The air conditioning went out the second night but someone came and worked on it, then it went out again but they came out again and fixed it. 16. The sink and tub upstairs got stopped up but someone quickly came and

A well equipped house with room for everyone. Loved all the king beds. We had several homes in the neighborhood and loved having a chapel service at the clubhouse all together. Our contact was easy to reach with questions. The second full frig in the basement helped with keeping roses fresh until wedding. Games in basement fun but charging for them ????? We would rather have the space. Hot tub and fire pit nook so fun! We used all features. We recommended cleaning grill and carpets. Would definitely stay again.
