Prince Smart Inn Naha

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so well equipped and had everything I needed, and the location was perfect for exploring Naha. The staff were really nice and helpful too. I also loved the breakfast from the café in the hotel ,such a nice little bonus. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Naha.

One thing I really missed was a closet in the room. There wasn’t anywhere to hang or properly store my clothes, which was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful. In fact, the most helpful that I had to write a review because they deserve to have a positive and super thankful review! My husband and I used their parking lot (which is like an elevator for cars), and as I was exiting our vehicle I dropped a small stuffed toy I had just bought that comedically bounced out of my arms, bounced off the floor and down a hold of the car elevator! I was absolutely devastated and so embarrassed that I had done such a thing and thought there was absolutely no way that we were getting back! But, the employee that was working the garage that night (so sorry I forgot your name/lost your name card, but it was a man and he was working on the night of August 18!!) went inside and got a broom and tape and got my little toy out from the deep hole that it feel in. And he tried so many times and did not give up- I couldn't believe it! It meant a lot to me to have this toy back and he has made it safely back to NY with us! The hotel does have parking for an extra fee per night, once you get to the hotel you can reserve your parking spot during your stay. They also have luggage storage lockers, free water bottles and some amenities (comb, toothbrush, etc). Hotel is about a 5-10 min walk to the port depending on how fast you walk and 15-20 min walk to Kokousai Dori. The yakiniku restaurant is pretty good next door and it's super convenient to have the Family Mart also next door. Thank you so much for making our first stop in Okinawa a good one!

I liked this hotel a lot, I think if you're new to Japan you will be surprised by the small size, but it's really no different to other Japanese hotels. You may also need to get used to your sink being outside of the bathroom- the shower and the toilet are in two seperate rooms and then the sink is outside of those two room, but this is also something common to see in some Japanese hotels (I've even seen it in some countries in Europe), so it's not something I dislike but just something that you will get used to! I did think the alarm clock was a bit weird because even if it looked off it was listening to our conversations. For instance, if you were talking about what day it was, the weather or what was something- suddenly the clock just starts talking to you and answering out of nowhere lol.

Hotel moderno, pulito, spazioso. Alla reception sempre disponibili kit cortesia e di sera si trovavano sempre bottigline d'acqua messe a disposizione dei clienti. Colazione gratis che comprende bibita (caffè freddo o the) e bagel salati. A pagamento si possono acquistare bevande calde come caffè, latte. Comunque appena fuori l hotel si trova un familyMart e di fronte seven eleven, per comprare alternative per la colazione. L'hotel è in una posizione ottimale, poco distante dalla monorotaia e dal porto turistico, inoltre è non lontano dal centro.

Forse gli addetti alla colazione, dove nonostante l'uso del traduttore avevano difficoltà a comprendere una semplice richiesta di latte caldo con caffè!!!!

La era carina e lo staff alla reception accogliente, posizione ok per girare.

La testata del letto era piena di polvere, stanza minuscola per due persone e piuttosto trascurata, soprattutto il soffitto con tubi in vista e mancanza di vernice
