This place needs to be on your list for must says if you are visiting Indianapolis. Our family (family of four with two kids with one under 2) stayed while visiting the city for some kid friendly activities. The place was exceptionally clean and hosts were fantastic to communicate with and go above and beyond. Little things like making sure the pack and play was ready for us and having a high chair makes the stay that much nicer. Parents enjoyed the hot tub after the children’s museum (which is less than 15 min drive away) and zoo (less than 10 mins away).

We planned a weekend getaway to come to Indianapolis to see the Browns play the Colts. The house was perfect for our group. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Everything was walkable or a short Uber ride away, The yard with the hot tub and fire pit was an added bonus.

Fantastic host who is responsive. We live in Indy and stayed for a month while our house was being remodeled. Great bathroom space with 3 full baths and 1/2 bath. You can walk or a short uber to downtown venues and restaurants. Neighborhood is being gentrified - safe and some really cool houses. Recommend for a stay in Indianapolis!

Spacious and full of easy-to-find-and-use amenities. Hot tub was a great thing to have after a long day of walking around a convention. Big enough for a large family or several small families that want to vacation together. Kid-friendly! The owners went out of their way to help us and answer our questions. Would absolutely book again.

Having 2 master suites with each having their own bathroom was so nice!
The kids loved being able to have their own space, room & bathroom upstairs.
Perfect location to get to downtown, on a freeway or to find food.

Just what we needed for a family reunion. We especially appreciated the fenced-in yard as we had toddlers with us.

This was our home away from home for the week and from start to finish it was perfect. Not only is the house great and exactly what we needed, the dynamic duo rental team made sure there was ongoing communication and assistance in any way possible. We rested well, spent quality time, soaked in the hot tub, convened around large dinner table for family meals, played games, and had days upon days of peace. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back!

Great little house with all items needed available. The location was great and property owners were responsive and helpful. Only minor complaint would have been the cleanliness of the house. Surface level it was clean, but some areas showed a need for more attention. Otherwise, great property and We had a great trip!

Our hosts were phenomenal. They had our fav snacks reading upon our arrival. Little touches made us feel special.

The house was as advertised and great for our group of 9 (4 adults 5 kids). It was nice having 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The host was responsive for the very minor issues we had (missing coffee basket and trouble with one of the tvs). Quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Indy for a long weekend.

The house was great! The beds are comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire table were amazing and the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed.

I stayed here with some friends and coworkers and it was amazing! It was super unique! And I loved how quiet and calm it was in the neighborhood! Everyone was so excited to pick their room for the week with so many different choices! It was overall fun and exciting to stay there! The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the owner was amazing to work with! We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and they had someone there within and hour to fix it! They were very accommodating and I will for sure be staying there again!

The photos were an accurate representation of the property! My group was able to hang out together and get their own space when needed. The house was very clean and was exactly what we needed for our trip to Indy! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place around downtown and located by some fun bars and hangouts.
