The location was good and the home was spacious.

At arrival I did not have the correct access code for the door and it took me a while to get in contact with some. The property had about 3-4 numbers listed for contact and no one answered for about 30mins. THE CARPET IS FILTHY AND THE FURNITURE IS SUPER CHEAP, but overall the property was clean.

The price.

I can tell whoever stayed there before OR whoever that was supposed to clean the place/home DID NOT DO SO, the covers on the bed smell musty like someone didn't take a bath before they lay down, All of this was before we realized and was laying on them. And the room with the Mickey Mouse cover I took one down to the lower, first bedroom where I slept only to notice that it smelt bad the only reason why I took it downstairs with me because it was not enough cover on the bed, they were so thin. The dishes were not clean properly. I had to wash all the dishes that me and my family used before I used them because they were dirty. The carpet was nasty. The neighborhood was ok but in the that area going out to the stores was a bit hectic. No one wanted to stop at the stop signs. It's basically as if you had to just drive through the stop signs to keep from getting hit. I know it doesn't make sense, but that's just how it was no one made a complete stop, they only yield everyone just seem to be so impatient with driving in that area. So if I had to score this from 1-10 I would say a 3.
