The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was easy to walk to all the main sites in Seville and Sergio gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Apartment was clean and communication with Sergio was excellent.

The apartment is very spacious and very cool, even during the hot days. Outside temperature was 37C during the day and we didn't have to use the AC at all. The host is quite welcoming, he gave us hints about what to do and visit in the city.
There is free parking on the street, but it is impossible to park there. I would advise planning for paid parking in advance.

Quiet place, comfortable to stay with kids. Owner is very helpful. Location is very good, you can reach all spots by walking, a lot restaurants around.
There is humid inside when it is rain. Looks like not enough fresh air. No windows to look outside, just inner small yard.
