The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. We booked this place during Thaipusam to ease our journey to Waterfall Hill Temple to fulfil our vows, and the location was perfect. We had a good rest with our elderly parents, and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Highly recommended, especially for families, and we will definitely return back again.
The lift service can be improved as it becomes very pack and skips the floor during peak hours. We ended up waiting for almost an hour during our check-out time.

Everything because it was super clean and complete with everything you need. It also super duper comfy even my daughter love it and she basically don't want to go home😚
The lift is quite challenging because u need to wait around 20-30 minutes to go down especially if you come during peak time..other than that it is nothing..

Location was good with lots of food and grocery options nearby, Good view of the straits from our rooms. Prompt response from the host and keys collection was easy.
Waiting for the lifts to get to the room and down took very long as the facility was crowded and had to wait for 20 mins for a lift.

Die Lage ist super.
Leider hat uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld nicht informiert, dass es während unseres Aufenthaltes zu einem mehrtägigen, geplanten Totalausfall der Wasserversorgung kommen wird. Der lokale Wasserversorger hat dringende Arbeiten an der Hauptwasserleitung durchzuführen welche sich großflächig auswirken und hatte das Wochen vorher angekündigt. Wir haben im Rahmen der Buchung 3x nachgefragt, ob die Gegend bzw. Wohnung betroffen ist: 1x schriftlich, 2x telefonisch (durch Freunde vor Ort, zuletzt am 26.12.23). Jedesmal wurde versichert, der Wasserausfall beträfe dieses Gebäude nicht. Erst am Abflugtag (01.01.24) wurde per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, es käme doch zu einem Ausfall. Auf uns wirkt es, als hätte der Vermieter das arglistig verschwiegen um den Umsatz nicht zu gefährden.
Abgesehen davon ist die Fewo spartanisch eingerichtet. Es war genau 1 Wasserglas vorhanden (in einer Wohnung die für 3 Personen gedacht ist), keine Teelöffel, kein Geschirrtuch etc.
Im Bad findet sich Schimmel, der Geruch im Bad ist mit ‚merkwürdig‘ höflich beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage wirkt ungepflegt und schlecht gewartet. Die Wände sind teilweise dreckig und der Putz blättert ab.
Währen unseres vorherigen Aufenthalts kam es zu Wartezeiten auf den Lift von bis zu 45 Minuten!

the view from the apartment was really stunning, also the apartment itself was very big and luxe.
it was pretty far from georgetown, had to get a grab (taxi) every time. also there were a lot of small ants and a few other insects. not a big problem but it’s an easy fix to make it more clean.

The apartments were all equipped brilliantly and it was spacious. Clean. Host was very responsive. The whole process was very efficient and time effective.

Friendly and responsive staff. Great view from the balcony and it provides all the basic necessities we need. Walking distance to a shopping mall, food options and most importantly the supermarket.

اقامة ممتازه ، الشقه واسعه جدا تلات غرف ، نظيفه ومرتبه، سهلة الوصول بالرغم من انها في الطابق 39 ، المنظر رهيب وجميل من اعلي ، توجد 3 توليت في الشقه ، الواي فاي قوي وسريع ، التلفاز حديث يوفر youtube و netflix ,وهو ضروري لطفلي
المطبخ رائع جدا ، لم نر المالك ولا اي شخص آخر 😄😄 فقط تواصلنا بالواتس اب ، في الحقيقه لم نحتاج للحديث كتيرا ف التعليمات كانت واضحة وسهله
المنطقه أمنه جدا وهادئه مناسب للعوائل
يوجد KFC و MSC بجانب المسكن وهو أروع شي وبقاله أيضا
الاستقبال في الداخل وعربات grab لاتدخل ، بعد المنطقه عن المدينه القديمة والنشاطات ، لا توجد مصاليه للصلاة

Me and my family love everything during our stay here. My mom is wheelchair-bound, and the apartment and the bathroom is spacious enough for her. The host very particular on cleanliness and provide complete facilities in the apartment. I also love how the host separate the kitchen utensils for muslim customer. Check-in is also very fast and easy, considering that I booked at a very last minute. Would def come again and recommend to others.

The guard who assisted with key collection was excellent, excellent customer service on his part. The supermarket (Mercato) is within walking distance. The location is afew kilometer from main attraction but it was no big deal since we rented a car. Overall a nice stay for us and would recommend friends and family.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The floor was dusty with a few strands of hair in the living area. Visiting guest may consider bringing their own home slippers. Apart from that everything is good.

Very spacious apartment with very good views at night. Value for money, comfortable stay for family and location is good. Friendly host, easy check in, good secure parking. Many beds available.
Balcony has a fall hazard with a big 1ft gap that is 1.5ft deep between the balcony railings and the floor, this is dangerous as kids can fall down unassumingly. Please close the gap for safety purposes. Also, should provide disposable slippers as the floors were dusty especially in the open air kitchen area. As it's AirBNB style apartment, expect to get high noise level from the apartment upstairs (this is not caused by the host, just the property in general) at 3-4am in the morning.

There is separate box for halal cuttelry. Rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staffs are helpful.
