Clean apartment and well equipped.
This studio apartment is in an Attic. The lift doesn’t directly go to the apartments level rather need to carry luggage for around 9 stairs when lift reaches level 3. There is no landing in front of the apartment door. You need to balance your luggage on stairs while juggling with keys. The lock needs to be opened at a certain way otherwise door won’t open. We were stuck in middle of the night for about 10 minutes. Luckily after trying for so many times lock opened. The apartment was bit hot even with setting air conditioning to 18 degrees. The staff however, provided us either a fan that made our life bit easier.
Bathroom was a bit small and difficult to take shower and move around.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you’d need for a trip to Florence. Excellent location just over the river away from the hustle and bustle of the main city centre. The hosts were especially helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay we only wish we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely recommend.
Nothing! It was flawless
