I liked the details when I booked "fully furnished 1 bdrm apartment with a pull out bed".

The kitchen wasn't furnished with utensils. The pans were all scratched up. The bed was the tallest most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on! I had to get a step stool and mattress toppers (yes, several). The pull out was non existent. When I asked the property about it, they said the couch was indeed a pull out; it wasn't. Then they said it was a lay flat, like a futon, it wasn't. Then it was just a regular couch that could be slept on; with no extra bedding provided. Having paid an extra $450 for a 3 week stay with 2 beds; I was very disappointed. The parking is a joke. There's 12 spots that are reserved for the b&b; on the very far corner of the property. You will get towed if you park close to your room.

Pool was crowded Bed was a little uncomfortable and there's no dryer available to dry clothes after we washed them.

College kids place. Double bed too small. Can’t get hold of anyone to complain or cancel.

The property was clean and even though there were a lot of college students that moved in over the weekend, they did not ever give us any problems- no noise, etc.

There was no one that I was aware of to assist us when we checked in. There was a VERY pleasant, helpful student that we were able to find that did help us locate our unit and tried to assist us. We did NOT like carrying our luggage, etc up 6 flights (3 floors) of stairs (we’re in our mid 70’s! I’m not aware of anywhere on the web site it told us, no elevators! The room needed the air but the air conditioning made it very damp. There was a TV in the room but it wasn’t hooked up to anything (no cable, satellite, etc.).

A few things in room needed fixed.

The location was fine. The AC went out, but was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Plenty of space, nice furnishings, and a great value.

3rd floor

The apartment itself was nice and clean and was perfect to stay in while visiting my son. Small and cozy…more of a basic starter apartment with kitchen etc. The TV was streaming channels only but I was fine with that. It also came with a washer and dryer which was a bonus. In all it was a lot better than renting a hotel room. The area seemed safe as well and parking in the parking lot was not a problem

The hallway outside the apartment was enclosed, but exposed on both ends. Made it a perfect wind tunnel, and when it gets breezy and cold it can get a bit chilly. Not a bad thing, but just something to be aware of. The only other thing was the communication with the host in accessing the apartment. I got what I needed eventually but it was a bit slow. Again, more just an FYI thing. The bed was a metal frame with a mattress on top. Some of the reviews complained about it but I didn’t have a problem sleeping there. Seemed OK to me.
