Atención por parte de la mujer en darnos las indicaciones para llegar pésimo, muy grosera e impertinente.
El lugar estaba muy sucio, viejo y deteriorado.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Good location and had everything you need for one night.
No communication from owners. Took hours to be able to enter the property as could not get hold of them and no response to messages or emails.
Tired property, peeling paint and dubious stains.

Located on a bad neighbourhood, smelling of cannabis.
Everything from the poor deco, not comfortable, with a strong smel of tobacco.

It was clean and not far from the beach front.
It has a kitchen with all you need.
bathroom, living room and bedroom. All ok.
The bed was old, soft and uncomfortable. Like jumping on an saggy ,lumpy old trampoline.The bed is so important.
The shower curtains were too close so you literally can't shower properly. + The shower head is broken so you have to hold it.
The lights don't work above the cabinet.
These are minor problems and can easily be fixed. For the price it should have at least these things.
Noise. The neighbours upstairs are very noisy and drag furniture across the floor making an awful noise. There's no air conditioning either.
All in all I wouldn't ever go back.

Ground floor, terrace and clean
We did not stay at Rihuete 2, the apartment was changed at the last minute and we were not informed until we had arrived at the original location . We are reviewing the alternative location.

The rooftop terrace is a bonus, Easy walk to town, bars and restaurants. Beach about 7 minutes walk.

The location was excellent, just a short walk into town. The rooftop terrace was great.
The kitchen area could have been cleaner, the microwave and shelving, glasses were dirty. There was no heating in the apartment but not sure if that was our fault at booking.

Quiet, no street noise. Plenty of space; the roof terrace may have been good in warmer weather. Kitchen appliances worked OK.
The host had to arrange a plumber to visit while I was there and this was arranged very diplomatically.
I had to wait quite a while to get access (I involved several kindly neighbours in my quest!), but I had only booked half-an-hour before arriving, so maybe that was to be expected from a private host.
Some form of heating is needed for late November; I was too cold - had to use the hair-drier to warm up the room!
