Location was fare, only half hour drive to muncaster castle which is worth a visit, about 1.5 hours from lake Windermere. The cottage was very clean and modern, shops and take aways are 5 min drive down the road, nice views so no complaints here, owners were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend also dog friendly and even had a dog box with toys and blankets. 5 starts
Location as need to travel to get to lakes but can't complain as nice views

The property was very cosy and homely.
Very clean. The property was bigger than thought and the WiFi was defiantly an added bonus.
The Tv in the front room was a bit frustrating as the remote wasn’t working properly. Tried changing g batteries but no luck.
The main down side was the cottage is right on a busy road and unfortunately the traffic didn’t really quiet down through the night causing disturbed sleep.
