The property was right in the center, and there was a metro station nearby, which made it very easy and quick to travel around the city.

The location was great.

My stay was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of security, cleanliness, and responsiveness to guests' concerns. The place has a very good location. However there are some serious issues. One of the most stressful issues was that it was sooo difficult to open the inner entrance of the apartment building. There was a problem with the locker. You had to try hard several times, I was afraid of breaking the key and it took many trials and half an hour. As I was travelling alone, this made me feel extremely vulnerable and concerned about my personal safety. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of adequate attention and support from those responsible for the accommodation. There was just a cleaner at a certain time and she said she was not able to do anything. I had to find alternative ways to gain access to the building, including contacting neighbours, obtaining their phone numbers, and even leaving a note for someone in another room. Having to go through all this simply to enter the building was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable, especially for a solo traveller. There were also several problems with cleanliness and basic amenities. The bathroom lacked liquid hand soap and the towel. The duvet cover was not properly clean and had an unpleasant smell. Furthermore, although the bedsheets appeared acceptable, the mattress itself did not seem sufficiently clean and caused me itching and discomfort. The room was very small. Overall, these issues significantly affected my comfort and peace of mind during my stay. I believe that guest safety, hygiene, and prompt assistance should be fundamental priorities for any accommodation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so that future guests, particularly those travelling alone, do not have to experience similar difficulties.
