The staff was really helpful, when i was looking for a specific shop they were able to give clear directions especially since i was walking. They also offered to keep my bag at checkout while i attended the last day of conference before flying out. The breakfast was also amazing. The staff even took the time to remember the table number we were sitting at in the morning. It's the small things that make the difference.

Staff were very nice, Very limited vegan options in the restaurant but people understood my situation and made the best of what they could offer. The location was great.
The space looked small for the money spent. And the display image on the booking.com for ITC One Thibault was misleading. I expected the same room as that in the display image. The hotel could have had cab/taxi service. That would have helped.
