The view

Because there are no representatives, or anyone on site when we arrived, there was a little bit of confusion about how the parking process worked. We had 4 vehicles coming from different places and we rented a condo to accommodate 14 people, but received one parking pass and one parking pass in an overflow lot when available which means we ended up buying three permits to park in public parking for an additional almost $200 that we were not planning on spending, when we walked down to the overflow lot, there were multiple cars without permits, and when we went and spoke to maintenance, who was the only staff on the property he slammed the door in our face and told us he did not work for us. The elevators were broke when we arrived and I even had a conversation with maintenance who told me that he would have to call an after hours service before he left for the day because his replacement did not know how to reset elevator doors and constantly had issues the whole time we were there including family members getting stuck on the elevator for around 20 minutes. At one point my daughter had to run down to the parking garage because she had forgotten something in the car for dinner and the elevators were not working so she had to run up 20 flights of stairs because she was in the middle of cooking.Now they are claiming that we damaged the elevator doors on the last night we were there and have received a bill for $325 and not one time did we see service people there fixing said elevators.

this property was amazing! the only problem I ran into was the parking garage. My truck couldn’t fit into the parking garage. But once I found the overflow parking across the street, everything was amazing. ilInmost definitely look forward to staying here again and again
