Friendly staff - we got a complementary ride to the airport after the owner offered us to stay in another room in another hotel which turned out to be a cubicle
Free water tap and coffee and tea at the reception

The rooms, especially bathrooms, are in need of renovation
No soundproofing whatsoever and many children staying at the hotel

Everything! Most of all the staff are above and beyond helpful for start to finish- great communication- and when I arrived and had only 35 minutes to walk in the heat to get a sim I was offered a drive in their car to make it in time easily! Also recommended great places to eat, best place for coffee. I had a private room overlooking the sea which was lovely.
Way too much furniture in the room - so cluttered - take at least half out. Great to have a fridge and a/c and bed was lovely.

The location was great, right next to the sea. The room was very comfortable, we received a free upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Beautiful view of Aqaba beach with sunset
No basic amenities and cleaniness. It was more like a dorm stay with stinking and broken ACs. We asked for a change or room.. but was told the AC is working. Obviously it was working. But you kinda have a feel like
