Nice and clean and cozy place.
Has no elevator and I had the 4 floor and you have to go upstairs with all the bags and the front staff wasn’t very friendly.

We love the location however the bar next door played until midnight which made sleeping impossible!
We stayed prior to Covid and loved this hotel however they have gone downhill.
Gardens are unkept. Tv only in Spanish. Water dispenser always empty. No longer a gym and beach club!!😂

We are so close to everything on 5th Avenue, the mall is next to the hotel, so nice
The shower water is salty and the beds are really hard

It was alright given the price! But that neighbourhood is quite noisy (as expected), and the fortunately the walls are not that great so i could hear the noise every time. It was very annoying at night!

"Posizione super centrale. Dimensioni della camera molto ampie. Piscina piacevole anche se un pò poco profonda. Colazione non super economica ma con un buon buffet, menzione di qualità alle homelette."
