Loved the location and ambience of the property. Well laid out.
The staff is not very friendly! And I am a friendly person! I find Freeport culture on the whole to NOT be friendly like people from Nassau. This is not good for tourism, be it local or international visitors. Also, the property is DATED! They are in dire need of upgrading of amenities in the rooms, the bedding and linens, and the upkeep of their structure. In dire need of a fresh painting, inside and out and the furniture in the lobby needs changing. The property is laid out beautifully, love the pool, but the furniture and rooms are run down.
