Simeon offered his help and local knowledge from the start. The apartment was in a quiet location but near restaurants and shops. The whole block was very clean, tidy with comfortable furnishings, beds and facilities. The roof top pool was an enjoyable bonus. The local beaches are sandy with free public areas or payable sun bed areas. Lovely to walk along beach and pass the marina.
It was not an issue for us, but the area is hilly.

Everything!

This apartment situated on 1st floor is equipped to details! Absolutely nothing was missing, it even had the electric citrus juicer, parasol and hoover. It was very spacious, clean and sunny. Very appreciate 2 toilets, the pool and terrace on the roof top wasn’t occupied by people, it was possible to swim there. There is a small private playground behind the building. Parking was also great, just next to the restaurant, you could see you car from balcony.
This was absolutely the best appartment I spent my summer vacation in life.
Thank to Simeon for his hospitality.
It was a noise from the restaurant when they open and closed large terrace windows in the morning and evening, but landlord can’t do anything about that.
