It was spotless. I mean, for an older building, this was very well kept. I had a fantastic stay, really, I couldn’t fault this place if I could. Gilbert is a fantastic host. I’ve stayed at three different places during my stay in Bacolod and this was the best of the bunch.

I liked the property because everything was very accessible because its located at the city center. Also i loved how homey the feeling is, its perfect for those who wants to have a staycation. Will be back next time because we were there to do some errands and was not able to enjoy the pool and the room that much.
I will not say did not like literally it was just, the used cigarettes are still in the balcony but overall the place was very nice.
