Clean and renovated
The aircon need maintenance and repair. The family room is big and spacious, ts better if can add a ventilation fan to spread the cool air to the furthest bed and the sofa area.

Very good location, easy to reach, city center, shops, restaurants and food center within walking distance.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The room is big, clean and comfortable.
Comfortable beds.
Publlic parking direct in front and behind of the hotel.
We feel this is one of the best hotel in Kampar.
Early check-in is impossible. We arrived in the morning after a long distance flight from Europe but had to wait until 3pm to get the key for our room. It was really exhausted!
The price is higher compare to other hotels in Kampar.

Clean n neat
They lost track of booking and had to give me room upgrade. I nearly didn't have a place to stay at late night
