Good location and easy to access local facilities. Great amenities for the beach including 4+ chairs, umbrella, and more. Good showers and plenty of kitchen equipment to cook if needed. Really comfortable beds. Air con really effective both upstairs and downstairs.
It generally needs a little TLC - whilst it felt overall clean, there were a few cupboards/drawers with leftover items/rubbish in which gave impression that only a surface clean had been done. Some of the furniture such as the bathroom cabinets, and the blinds in the downstairs area were a little worse for wear and could do with being replaced.

Easy beach access. Good amount of space
Water pressure in upstairs bathroom sink was almost nonexistent - barely a trickle. Marketed as 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, but didn’t make clear that 2 bedrooms & 1 bath are in an upstairs unit while the 3rd bedroom & bath are a separate unit with separate outdoor access. That meant one of us was separated from the fun during our girl’s trip. Also there was a lot of traffic noise as it sits on the corner of a Main Street.

Every detail of the house is lovely, very comfortable, cozy and relaxing experience.
The smart lock was not good, but the keys worked perfectly

good location; good size home; fully stocked kitchen.
floor and furniture was very dirty and we actually got a swifter to take a layer of dirt off the floors.
