Swissotel Resort And Spa Cesme

Swissôtel Çeşme is, without a doubt, our favorite hotel in the world. We make a point of returning every time we’re in Türkiye, and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. And the breakfast… absolutely heaven sent. We could honestly come back just for the breakfast! The pool is wonderful, the beach is fantastic, and the whole property makes it so easy to relax and enjoy yourself. The location is also great, making it a perfect base for exploring Çeşme and Alaçati while still feeling like a true getaway. We could spend days talking about everything we love about this hotel, but the simplest way to put it is: we have no complaints whatsoever. Every stay makes us want to come back again, and we already look forward to our next visit.

Ein Luxushotel. Saubere Zimmer und Anlagen. Alles in allem, würde ich nochmal hingehen.

- Parken kostet Geld – das ist völlig in Ordnung. Auch die Höhe der Parkgebühren ist akzeptabel. Allerdings wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht darüber informiert, dass das Parken kostenpflichtig ist. Beim Auschecken war die zusätzliche Gebühr daher eine unangenehme Überraschung. Das ist ärgerlich. Eine transparente und überschaubare Kommunikation aller anfallenden Kosten gehört für mich zur Professionalität eines Hotels. - Zu teures Frühstück bei Vorabbuchung: Vor Ort erhält man hingegen 20 % Rabatt. Gut, dass wir das Frühstück nicht im Voraus gebucht haben. Das wirkt eher wie ein Bazaar als wie ein Hotel mit einem edlen und hochwertigen Auftritt. - Events und Bühne sollten an einem Montag um 00 Uhr beendet und abgebaut werden. Das Beenden kurz nach 00 Uhr und danach das Abbauen der Bühne noch bis knapp 01 Uhr im Garten vor den Zimmern hat uns etwas gestört.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, und jeden Abend wurde freundlich nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr lecker. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service am Strand war ebenfalls toll und der gesamte Strandbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Decent sized rooms, friendly staff, well sized gym and pool.

Does not emit a luxury experience, everything feels either cheaply done or a cash grab. All fitness facilities and pools close at 8pm - ridiculous for a resort of this size. Valet parking charged per day - never seen valet charged at a real 5 star. Furnishings and fittings are ok but not at the level of what this place is charging. I would avoid unless the price is extremely good, a lot of much better luxury options at this price range.
