Residenza Cartiera 243 Country House

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with eggs prepared to our choosing, and delicious mini-croissants and three delicious cheeses. The large garden in the back of the property was perfect to relax, even though we did not try the lovely pool (the reason for which we booked here in the first place). Our host Signor Giuseppe is a pearl! The property is located not too far from the A27 highway leading straight and quickly to Venice airport, which was an important factor for us when choosing. We enjoyed our one night stay here. I wish we had another couple of nights more. Don't hesitate to book here!

The bathroom is quite small, but clean and absolutely functional. The property is located on a busy road going to Treviso (twenty minutes away), but it's not a highway. If you need to go quickly to Treviso, maybe somewhere else would be better. So due to the proximity of this road, there is a noticeable incessant car noise. You cannot hear this from the room facing the pool, but I'm not sure about the ones facing the road. You hear this when in the garden but you soon get used to it. It's nothing major. Just be aware if you want absolute peace and quiet. There's a cafe at the front of the property on the ground floor and late afternoons/early evenings, be aware that there is some upbeat music playing.

everything was so much better than i had expected. Food and Drinks at the Bar are amazing, Pool is PERFECT and you can even order food and drinks at the poolside. Room was very clean, wifi was fast enough so i could work there too. Breakfast was breathtaking, croissants, cappuccino, cheese, freshly made egg dishes and everything as much as you need. If i ever stay in treviso again this is my place to go.

I can understand that people dont like the location of it since it is located in a more industrial-like area but if you are in the backyard at the pool you can barely hear cars passing by, i have not noticed any noise while i was in my room, so i was not disturbed by the location in any way.

Piscina e colazione (bisogna chiedere il salato e portano degli affettati degni di nota). Staff gentilissimo Per queste tre cose varrebbe un dieci, però…..

…. I cuscini sono durissimi , abbastanza duro anche il letto ma appena uno si muove il compagno salta. La camera ha due tappeti danno un’idea di sporco allucinante. Il mobilio è datato e scadente. La struttura è datata e non vale assolutamente il prezzo speso, peccato perché con una richiesta di 30/40 euro in meno non ci si potrebbe lamentare.
