The gardens are just amazing, so beautifully done. The rooms are comfortable and the property has two lovely pools. Good value for money.
We had no reason to dislike anything.

Les petits restaurants et warrung dans la même rue.
Adresse à éviter absolument . Je pense que lorsqu on paie 43 euros une chambre double à Lovina on doit avoir une chambre très correcte . C était le cas à Ubud et Sidemen mais la ça ne vaut pas le coup de s arrêter dans cet hôtel. La salle de bains est plus que vieillotte et sale voir les tapis de sol ( photos) elle est plutôt stylée moyenâge. Pas d eau en bouteille dans la chambre si ce n est une carafe d eau on ne sait d ou vient cette eau et le service du matin fait plus que vite .On ne change pas les serviettes ou il faut aller le demander . Pas de multiprises pour brancher le téléphone. Le petit déjeuner n’a vraiment rien d extraordinaire.
En plus les photos de booking ne correspondent absolument pas à ce que j ai eu comme chambre et salle de bains elles étaient plus engageantes et modernes et quand je l’ai dit à la réception une réponse non satisfaisante m a été donnée.
Je n ai pas été content de mon séjour à Rambutan hôtel, hôtel très très vieux à éviter

Super bel endroit, à proximité de tout, mais tranquille à la fois. Belle végétation sur le site, plusieurs petits chemins, la piscine principale est très bien, en plus de la deuxième, plus petite mais jolie aussi. Personnel super courtois, salle à manger et nourriture impeccable aussi.

Завтрак хороший - как и везде выбор из нескольких блюд + тарелка с фруктами и сок/кофе. Очень красивый сад, много разных деревьев. Территория большая, несколько бассейнов. Сами домики несколько староваты, но выглядят как старинное поместье - очень основательные. Ненавязчивый персонал.

Excellent location. Restaurants and cafes around. Close to the beach for dauphin watching etc. Very nice tropical garden, warm staff.
Houses are old. Fridge and AC are noisy.
Also do not use the driver from the hotel, he is over priced and bring customer to restaurants where you pay much more than usual for poor food, and commission fee is believed to happen.

This hotel is set in large , beautiful gardens. The setting is peaceful and relaxed with 2 great pools, restaurant and spa. The staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Richard and Tini, the owners are also lovely and very inviting to their guests. My room was large and also had a bath. Location is close to everything. Definitely going to stay again next year!

Das Hotel beeindruckt mit einem wunderschönen Garten , 2 tollen Pools und ausreichend Liegeplätze. Der täglich gut gelaunte Gärtner, pflegt all die Pflanzen mit viel Liebe. Das Essen im Hotel ist möglich, jedoch in den umliegenden Warungs auch absolut gut. Frühstück ist üppig und lecker ! Personal sehr hilfreich und freundlich.
Die Zimmer sind zwar groß aber relativ kühl eingerichtet, spartanisch. Es ist hellgörig wenn man ein Apartment im Erdgeschoß hat.

All aspects of our stay with Rambutan Hotel exceeded any expectation we may have had. A few trips to Lovina, but first time at the Rambutan. We've agreed that this will now be our go-to.

This was a charming, genuine old-style Bali hotel with a gorgeous garden. Everyone was friendly and helpful, with a ready smile.
Breakfast was adequate and the restaurant stayed open till quite late, so that was good if you did not want to venture out to eat.
The spa was not too bad, and the pools (there were two) good for cooling off. I especially like the bales (elevated big, bed-size lounges) in the pool area... perfect for reading and napping.
It's also a short walk to the beach.
Wi-fi was a bit patchy but not a major problem. TV channel selection was poor, but again not a major issue.

Plenty of choice with the included breakfast. Lovely gardens and swimming pools. Beautiful large room and feature bathroom. Clean white sheets, comfy beds, bath and pool towels provided. Kind and helpful owners, Richard and Tini, and friendly, professional staff. Located within an easy walk of the beach and many nice restaurants.

The staff were incredible and are very (very) kind, happy people. The views and ambience of the outside are full of character, typical of boutique hotels.
The room was dated and we are not referring to the design but the things inside. The hand-held showerhead was broken and spraying water from the base of the faucet and on the bend of the handle, causing water wastage. The biggest issue was the bed bugs. We woke up with several bites and the sleep (and overall stay) became really uncomfortable.

The wonderful garden with 2 swimming pools, the singing of the birds, the squirrels in the trees, I felt like in Paradise Island, and of course the friendly staff!

I absolutely loved the gardens of this place! It was very nice to swim, sit and chill, and lots of places to hide from the sun as well. I ended up staying an extra night as it was so comfortable. The room was basic but good and had its own little terrace. Very friendly owners and staff! and well located just a short walk from the beach on one of the main tourist streets but still quiet.

Great location and very, very comfortable bed. The property is very quiet and green, but within a walking distance of Lovina beach. I only stayed for one night but it was perfect for what I needed.
