That many beautiful evenings infrond of the chimney. 😊

Everything was how we wanted it. The only small problem was that the toilet door downstairs could not be closed. 😅

This was honestly our best family vacation ever! This is a beautiful, spacious villa - it’s impossible to find a better place for a cozy, comfortable, and warm holiday in Borovets. The house is huge, spotless, and very warm (which is crucial in winter). It is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts! They are incredibly hospitable, kind, and understanding people who truly care about their guests. Don't let the location worry you regarding the ski lifts. It’s actually perfect: the shuttles from Hotel Lion run every 20 minutes right nearby. Alternatively, it’s a pleasant 10-minute walk through nature. The villa is surrounded by pine trees, the air is fresh and amazing. And the fireplace inside is just a fairytale! We will definitely be back next year!

A great place, as shown in the pictures and more beautiful and cozy, especially when you use the fireplace. Perfect for large groups or families. 5min drive or less from the ski resort, clean and fully stocked with everything you need (firewood, kitchen, bathroom utensils etc) Last but not least host always responsive and helpful.

Wow! Where to begin. This is one of very few Villas in Borovets and what an amazing stay we had. The property was perfectly suited to our large party; three spacious double bedrooms, one super cool attic room with 4 single beds which was perfect for the older teenagers. The beds were very comfy and each room had ample storage. The living room is massive and the open fire was lit every night making it super cosy. To the side of the living room is a perfect kitchen with connecting doors meaning we could prepare breakfast whilst those in the living room were undisturbed. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and was perfect for the largest of evening meals. Outside there is an outside bar with Pizza Oven which we used once and made for a great evening. The villa came equipped and fully stocked in every aspect, linen, lots of towels and spare bedding, toilet roll, cleaning products etc. Finally the host was amazing; very responsive and super accommodating with our additional requests. Whilst a little walk (15-20mins) away from the centre of Borovets there is a regular shuttle bus from the hotel that can be used and the hotel which is a 20 second walk has some great facilities that can also be used.

Nothing!
