As someone traveling abroad alone for the first time, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel is very close to Alexanderplatz, and there is a tram stop right across from the hotel, making it very easy to reach central areas and connect to other public transportation. There are also many nice places within walking distance. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice, especially for a solo traveler. The room was very clean, the location was convenient. The towels were changed and the trash was collected every day. There was also a well-organized and systematic process for both check-in and check-out, which made everything easy and convenient.

Good location, clean and free coffee/tea. There's also a shared fridge in the lobby to use. Big Park very close by.

No air condition. But the fan did a good job...

Very few hotels available in Berlin at the time so I was happy to have a room. Useful to have a tram right outside and a late night convenience store right on the corner

It was straight after a heatwave but the rooms were hotter than outside. Even with windows open full it stayed breathless and hot. Very little for your money.
