Genteel Home Mateos Gago Terrace
Mateos Gago Terrace è un bellissimo duplex di design con terrazza privata situata su Angeles Street, all'angolo con Mateos Gago. Uno dei luoghi più emblematici del quartiere di Santa Cruz, nel centro di Siviglia, a pochi metri dalla cattedrale.
Al primo piano c'è un bel soggiorno luminoso con zona pranzo e un comodo divano trasformabile in un divano letto matrimoniale; accanto ad essa è una cucina indipendente completamente attrezzata. Anche su questo stesso piano è una delle camere matrimoniali, con due letti singoli, con un bagno completo con doccia en suite.
Al secondo livello c'è la seconda camera da letto, con un letto matrimoniale, e il secondo bagno completo con doccia, anche con bagno privato. Da questa camera è possibile accedere alla terrazza privata, arredata con mobili da giardino e ideale per il relax.
Questo appartamento è senza dubbio una scelta perfetta per godersi il meglio di Siviglia con il comfort di sentirsi a casa.

Location, location, location! Steps from the best street for restaurants as well as the cathedral! The apartment is as shown, modern, clean and ample space. I loved the terrace. The host was super and helpful! The only reason for 4 stars for property condition is the elevator was broken the entire time and the key to access the front door of the building is ridiculously difficult. Other than that, perfect!

At the last minute we decided to travel to Sevilla for a quick 2 night stay. We are glad that we chose this neighborhood: many tapas bars and authentic feel, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. This apartment worked well for our family of 3 (my husband and I stayed upstairs, daughter stayed in the bedroom down). If it is important to you, this apartment is not stocked with anything other than towels, a small bar of soap and shampoo. (No salt/pepper, no coffee, not even a sponge nor handsoap at the kitchen sink). The apartment itself had a stale smell and did not feel clean (I don't think that the floors had been mopped). Upon check-in, (4pm), the apartment was still being cleaned and we had to wait at the door for someone to arrive to let us in. Again, the apartment was fine for us for 2 nights, but more from a utilitarian way. Given what I know now, I would seek out another place.

From the booking process to having to check out (sadly), everything was so easy. The location was perfect for us, right by the Cathedral and there were so many lovely tapas bars to try just moments from the apartment. A few good local shops close by too to grab a few snacks and some orange wine perhaps! We would thoroughly recommend this apartment, it’s very modern and super clean, all the amenities you could need. Absolutely loved having our own space, being surrounded by different nationalities and just escaping into another life, not just being on holiday. Genteel-Home were very thoughtful and easy to deal with, we were met on arrival and shown the apartment as well as being given some little tips to make the most of our time in Seville. Thank you to everyone, we loved it here and hope to return again one day.
