Hotell Erikslund

I was satisfied with the price-to-quality ratio at Hotell Erikslund. It’s a clean and comfortable hotel, and the free parking is a great bonus. There was a full-size breakfast and a very good selection. Overall, this is a very good hotel at a reasonable price.

The restaurant on site is OK and convenient if you don’t want to go anywhere after arriving, although next time I’m in the area I would probably try another place for dinner. The hotel is a bit outdated, need some ranovation.

Perfect location right by the highway. The rooms are clean, cosy, and dog-friendly. We had a great breakfast and a very pleasant stay during our trip. Highly recommended for travelers!

Everything was fine, except for our experience at Espresso House. The service at the counter was unfriendly; we were simply told 'on the other side' without any context, which was very confusing. In the restaurant, we met a second staff member who was very friendly, though his English was limited. He explained that the espresso machine was broken and offered us regular coffee instead. While we appreciated his kindness, the initial communication was poor. Tip for improvement: It would be much better to directly say: 'I’m sorry, our espresso machine is broken. If you would like a regular coffee, you can find it in the restaurant.
