Proximity to Oktoberfest

Check in and out keys at desk

The staff were super friendly and really helpful. The stay is really close to the train station and main city center. We were able to walk everywhere. Rooms were clean.

The wifi and TV weren't working, which gave us little to do in the night. In the pictures, the rooms look a bit more spacious.

Room was clean, shower was warm, they store your luggages if your room is not ready when you arrive, and the location is a 10-20 minute walk to anything you might need.

There are nicer areas in Munich but value makes it worth it.

The staff was friendly. Location to the train station. Eating area was clean.

The area was not good. Lots of sketchy people hanging out near the hotel. Did not feel safe at night. There was a sewer smell in our bathroom assuming coming from the toilet. Also the shower situation was horrible. Taking a shower flooded the bathroom area as the toilet was smack up against the shower curtain and with the slow drain situation, it wasn't good. After staying at 5 other hotels on our Europe trip, this hotel had the least amount of selection for breakfast. I witnessed several other people bypassing the breakfast altogether and leaving and bringing back breakfast from other establishments.
