Hotel Hõma 22 Marzo

It was very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free WiFi, water with or without gas and even free coffee and tea. It feels as if it had more stars. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

The room was ideal for my needs and the free secure wifi was more than adequate. Staff as well as being very personable were also very helpful and professional.

The noise from the bar outside was a little excessive at times especially past 02.00 but it is what is.

This hotel is very well located. Next to the tram stop, only 20 minutes to the Duomo. The neighbourhood is lovely and there are lots of good eating and drinking options nearby. Single room was small, but quiet and comfortable. There's a 'common room' with a good free coffee machine and filtered drinking water. Great patisserie downstairs next door for breakfast.

Didn't love the stairs. There is a lift, but it's a convoluted journey with passwords required. Otherwise it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is good and the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the free water dispenser and coffee machine. The air conditioning instructions were unclear at first, so we spent the first night without it, but once we figured it out, it worked very well.

Unfortunately, there were also several negative points. The bed was quite small and I really did not like the bedding setup. You basically sleep directly under the duvet, while there is only a very thin sheet or cover on top of it. The duvet itself was not inside a proper cover, which felt questionable in terms of hygiene. The shower was EXTREMELY small and narrow — even as a 160 cm tall woman, I barely had space inside the shower cabin. The bathroom cleanliness was also only average. There is also a bar underneath the hotel that stays open late, so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here. Another disappointing point was that a late check-out was not possible, even though I was feeling very unwell on the last day.
