The staff serving breakfast is the best part of the hotel - always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, and the coffee was superb! The cleaning staff also does a great job!
The hotel needs renovation, and the beds and pillows were VERY uncomfortable...

Excellent and rich breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff, huge apartment, just a few steps to the beach and the city center. Hotel rooms are comfortable.
The apartment had a kitchen, but the equipment was worse, luckily we didn't need to use it. A sunken double bed in the bedroom

Very friendly stuff, great breakfast. Location - close to the sea, shops and restaurants, street parking available. One night we forgot the key in the room and locked the door. After we realised that the reception is not 24/7, we called the service number and receptionist Antonio came to the hotel and kindly helped us to unlock the room.
It was allowed to smoke in the room, so there is some smell from the previous smoker stays. Not super critical itself, but together with the old tubes smell from the bathroom it made the feeling in the room not fresh enough. The coridors, hall and dining area are super fresh though!

Shower was in a poor state. Cello taped together. Toilet was loose from the floor
Mattress was really hard and walls were thin, could hear next room using toilet etc

Antonella and her husband were very kind and helpful when a thunderstorm threatened to derail our bike trip. They organised a taxi to take us to our next hotel and even phoned to let them know we’d be arriving early

Extraordinary staff, helpful, positive, easy-going. Tasty breakfast, delicious coffee. Located near main boulevard with beaches and restaurants. Hotel was in quiet neighborhood. Room was clean with spacious bathroom. The only thing that needs improvement is bed as it could be a bit more comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was enough to get relaxed.
Bed mattress could be improved.

Did not comply to the 3 star facilitys as it suposed to be.

Great location,good value , everything was close...walking distance...2kind of beaches within minutes of walking(white sand on one side...rocky for snorkeling on other side).

It is close to the beach, restaurants, shops
THey do not have parking spaces for cars and you risk being fined by the local police!
