I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — close to everything and easy to get around. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained throughout the day. The night shows were a real highlight — fun, lively, and very well organized.
A special mention goes to the manager, who was present at all times, interacting warmly with guests and making sure everyone was having a great experience. That personal touch made the stay feel even more special.
Overall, a super awesome experience — I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
The only negative point was having to pay separately for access to the swimming pool. Only guests with a meal plan had free access, and there was no option to pay a flat fee for unlimited use during the week. Since each individual entry was quite expensive, it quickly added up if you wanted to use the pool every day.

The room size is surprisingly big for the position of the venue.
The position of the venue is great, few steps from the slopes and has also a ski box that simplifies the sped up the room to slopes path.
The food is amazing, we were surprised by the huge variety of dishes prepared every day and the overall quality of the food.
The venue also offers a lot of services for adult and children making our stay great.
Subjectively I don't love rooms too warm and I couldn't find any way to lower the temperature of the heating system

The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful.
Our appartment was super clean with lots of towels, pillows and spare bedding.
The welcome pack was so nice to receive and the kitchen was well equiped.
The bar area did lovely cocktails and all drinks were brilliant value for money.
I loved everything

Sky room vecchia e ruggine!
