They provided sparking wine and wine. They brought breakfast every morning. They accommodated my late departure.

Having an elevator would have been nice.

Due to MOW Hotels obviously cost cutting the sinks didn't drain well due to cheap design. Sturdier kitchen (steel) would drain better. Bathroom suffered same drainage issues.

Stayed here for 7 nights. I arrived after the reception staff had left but had been sent very clear instructions on how to access the property and was able to officially check in the next day. The apartment was amazing. Spotlessly clean and smelled great on arrival.. very inviting. the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a huge comfortable bed. The lounge / kitchen area was also comfortable with everything you need. I loved my terrace area in the ground floor so had access to the pool direct from the terrace. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and pool area. The pool was clean and inviting, all be it a bit shallow but it is unattended so I understand it’s for safety. The staff were very friendly and not in your face, but there if you needed anything during their hours of attendance. I was lucky enough to get a late check out as I had an evening flight. This is only possible if there is no one checking into your room that day but there is the option of staying by the pool and using the public toilet / shower in the day you leave. I only paid €20 for the extra time. What was really nice was the two bottles of wine on arrival and the daily breakfast bag mentioned in other reviews. For me this is above and beyond as the property is self catering so a lovely touch. The property is part of a group and there are two others in Gran Canaria which you can have access to use the facilities. Very central. Yumbo Centre just 10 minutes walk and local shops and supermarkets 5 minutes. The beach is also very close but about 30-40 minutes to get to the gay part (Kiosk 7). All in all I loved this place and will definitely be back.

it was a good mix of solo people and couples , great location close to all amenities, room gf everything u need and breakfast in a bag every day hanging on the door was a lovely touch, I definitely will stay again as was so chilled out and relaxing

liked only one that did not respond to the card left on the door to clean and change the towels, so all day I was with the same no there was no extra sugar I went to ask.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The complimentary breakfast and mineral water and wine on arrival were lovely touches. The staff and the Manager whose name i forget were exceptionally friendly,helpful and polite. We asked for a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 9pm. We were allowed our room until the taxi arrived and not charged any extra. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned whenever we requested. The pool was lovely,clean and warm. There were plenty of sunloungers around too. We would definitely recommend the Atlantic sunbeach. We had a brilliant week and will return soon. Thanks a million 😃😃

I loved it here and will definitely return. The little breakfast snack on your door every morning was a nice surprise. It was laid back and I felt comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It was a good place to relax. No loud music or parties.

Nothing not to like. I would recommend an iron in the room so you don’t need to ask for one but apart from that it was perfect.

Central location (easily accessible by bus from LPA airport, just take busline 66 that drops you off at CITA shopping, 5' walking distance from there), heated pool (! = they should advertise this more, is a big advantage), nice spacious and clean appartment, friendly staff, complementary breakfast.

The kitchenware is rather limited. We go to Gran Canaria often and don't go out to eat (at least not on a regular basis), so we prefer to cook in the appt. We foresee this by bringing some of our own kitchenware. WiFi in the appartement was good, connection wasn't strong enough in the bedroom + in the garden (when using the phone).

Great property in a very quiet part of town. Nice clothing optional pool and very friendly staff. The bed was great (finally a double bed in Gran Canaria!). The fact that you can also be a day guest at their other resorts is amazing! We definitely have enjoyed the Seven Hotel a lot too!
