Hotel Ca'n Bonico

Excellent location! Perfect base for exploring the east coast of Mallorca if you have a car (they have free parking). The hotel has about 30 rooms so is the perfect size to not feel isolated or deserted but also it was not difficult to get a sun bed by the pool. Ses Salines is a sweet little town with a couple of good restaurants just make sure you reserve dinner because they book out. Also note that some restaurants are not open 7 days.

The service was not bad but did not match the amenities of the property. There was only small things like not receiving clear instructions on where to find our room or showing us to our room, which meant we had to go back to the desk three times, including one time when our room key was not activated and there was no apology. Other examples are having only one server ran off her feet serving everyone at breakfast and the bar staff at the pool not clearing empty glasses around the pool or taking orders at the sun beds. Again, these are only small but with a few changes this property would be worthy of 5 stars. We had a beautiful stay!

Excellent breakfast and a good sized pool area with comfortable and ample pool beds. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful, particularly at reception and the pool bar.

We thought a hotel of this standard should offer an evening meal service with extended bar opening times.

The position and character of the property were exceptional. The staff were excellent and very customer orientated.

Nothing not to like - some excellent restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Shame we only had a twin room when our stay was part of our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations but this was minor.

Old towels, rooms smelt old, musty mouldy using strong frargeance to cover up smell, room had a rooftop door which cannot be shut so it will be bright light in the mornings,bed was very hard and pillows very soft so sleep was terrible
