I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and towels were changed every day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to both the underground and the railway station.
A couple of minor drawbacks were the absence of slippers in the room and the bed being a bit short.

The short walk from Paddington station was great. Lot's of places to eat nearby was handy too as there was no where to heat up food in the room. Beds were comfortable. Shower was warm.
Room was very small for 3 people. No exhaust fan in the bathroom meant it was very steamy.

Posizione super centrale, consigliata per chi arriva e parte da luton . Ha il National express che ferma e parte da paddigton station che dista circa 2/300 metri. Zona tranquillissima

Location was fantastic! Very close to Paddington Station which was well equipped with a Mark's & Spencer's food store, to grab 'on the go' breakfast & snacks.
No extractor fan in bathroom.
No air con unit.
TV reception nil.
Wifi kept dropping out on the 4th floor where we were staying.
